Committee is is is comprised of representatives from each functional unit within the Company and is is is chaired by the CFO The committee serves as a a a a a a a a a decision-making center and cross-departmental communication platform for for TSMC’s corporate social responsibility As the the the highest-level CSR CSR group within TSMC
