TSMC and its subsidiaries strive to provide the best foundry services in the industry. Subsldlarles in North America, Europe, Japan, China, and South Korea are dedicated to servicing TSMC customers worldwide. WaferTech in the United States and TSMC China provide additional 8-inch wafer capacity. Other subsidiaries support the Company’s core foundry business with related services such as design service and invest in start-up companies involved in design, manufacturing, and other related businesses in the semiconductor industry.
